Balik keje tadik, aku rasa cam handbag aku berat semacam...aku bawak batu ke tiap2 hari ke keje?or..banyak sampah bin sarap inside it..?tadik aksi mengemas semula bag telah bermula..and perghh..byk rupe nye unwanted things inside my bag..i guess..bila semua nye kiter peruk in one place ini lah hasil nya..huhuhu...

-kipas kayu..nih aku rembat sat si koyong nye...tak pulang2kan lagik..sorry koyong..
-mentos...nih diperlukan bila aku makan ntha pepe yang berminyak yg membuatkan badan aku tak best..

Back Pain??

Arghhh...my back is reallly in pain..mana ke idak nye..membuka naik pintu kedai yang maha berat nye..my back pain happened last few months bila tersilap taktik angkat danial..adusss..rite now..i can't even sit properly..apakan daya..today i'm alone kat iiT...cepatla staff aku datang....adusssss....and lately nih bila duduk tak betui sket..startla sakit nye..but today really worst..aku bergerak ala2 robot gituh..aduhh! 
and aku ader baca few things about back pain that i want to share ngan semua...
What Is Back Pain?

Back pain is one of the most common physical complaints among adults - and a chief cause of misery for many. At some point in their lives, most people will experience some sort of back discomfort.
Back pain describes pain or discomfort felt in the upper, middle, or lower back. The pain may extend to the hips and legs as well. The back consists of a complex arrangement of bone, ligaments, joints, muscles, and nerves, and pain can result from a problem with any of these components.
The most common type of back pain is low back pain. That's because the lower portion of the back is under the most pressure when a person is sitting or lifting, and it can be easily damaged.
There are many causes of back pain.
The most common cause is a strain of the back, which is small tear of the back muscles or ligaments. This usually results from a sudden or awkward movement, or from lifting a heavy object. But often, a person can't remember a particular incident that brought on the pain.
Other common causes include poor muscle tone in the back, tension or spasm of the back muscles and problems with the joints that make up the back. Back pain can be classified as either:
Acute - Sudden pain that lasts for just a short while, usually a few days to a few weeks.
Chronic - Pain that lasts for more than three month, or pain that recurs.
Statistics show that with simple treatment, up to 90% of people with acute back pain improve within one month and up to 60% improve within a week. Even severe back pain due to a herniated disc often resolves within six weeks, as the protruding discs begins to shrink.
Fortunately, most cases of acute low back pain improve quickly - within a few days, or sometimes within a few weeks. And in less than 5% of people the pain persists and becomes chronic
Who Is At Risk?
Certain people are at higher risk for back pain, including:
Those whose work includes heavy labor or long periods of sitting and standing.
Those who are "out of shape," as they may have let the muscles in the abdomen and back become weak and easily fatigued, placing extra strain on the muscles and joints of the back.
Those who have jobs that subject their backs to a lot of vibration.
Those who do heavy lifting without having the proper education and training to lift correctly. ---> nih le penyebab kepada sakit belakang aku!Those who smoke (smokers are more likely than nonsmokers to suffer from back pain).

Nih ader few pixs yang di amik oleh aunty Enon ( yang aku cilok from aunty nye fp) last weekend waktu gie umah nenek kat KL...Aunty enon ( http://zainzubir.fotopages.com ).memang la nih sungguh terar mengambil pixs..and waktu kat umah nenek tuh hari..cam photographer pro lak..sket2 snap..snap..sket2..snap..snap..model nye tentu lah danial ammar..my nephew yang paling nakal ...

Berjalan..dan jalan..dan jalan lagi...

Last week adik azwar yang bongsu datang Melaka for holiday..dia mai ngan geng dari taiping gak..so..bila dah datang melaka...bawak le deme nih jenjalan...gie makan ikan bako..gie bandar hilir ( aisey.. hari jemaat ghuper nye muzium pon tutup tengahari...  )..gie taman boya..and memula nak bawak gie tmn mini malaysia..tapi memandangkan..cuaca yang maha panas..so..cancel le...and bawak deme gie main bowling ...anyway..sabtu antar diorg gie pudu..and pulang le kekanak nih ke taiping...jumpe lagik di lain hari!..

Last sekali tgk citer kat wayang..last two weeks kot...tgk The Island..not bad..mampu membuatkan aku duduk tak senang..siap leh terjerit sekali..yang best nye..aku dok sebelah minah cina..minah nih pon sama cam aku..asik dok terkujat ajo...
anyway..tade gambo baru leh upload sebab digicam aku dipinjam oleh member azwar...Peringatan untuk Ah Chong :"Aloooo..mat..bila lu mau kasik pulang gua nye digicam"...hehehe...
Tapi ader few citer yang dalam kepala aku nak tgk..antara nya "Wedding Crashers"..dah beli citer nye ( cetak rompak beb..ishh..jahat nye aku..heheh..) tapi masa aje tak mengizinkan aku ngk ... aku tatau kenapa nak ngk citer nih..maybe pasal muka Owen Wilson tuh kot...leh imagine lagik dia berlakon dengan si jacky chan waktu citer shangai noon pe benda semua dulu kot.. 
Lagik satu citer aku nak ngk "The 40-year-Old Virgin"..tapi aku tak sure leh lepas Malaysia ke dak
( tapi aku pasti DVD cetak rompak ader..hahahhaha..  )..but bila baca review and ngk trailer dia..cam kelako and ntah pepe...

Danial Masuk Spital..
|
|
Danial dah demam about 4 days..tak hilang2 demam after makan ubat..then..malam tadi after kali ketiga gie jumpa doc..then tuan doktor nasihatkan admitted ke spital ..so Danial masuk le spital kat ayer keroh...kesian ngk dia ..tangan yang kecik kene cucuk masukkan drip air..as doctor said bdn dia dah kering sbb demam panas sgt...and la nih mamat kecik nih phobia ngk muka doctor and nurses yang ader tuh..tapi nurse yang cantek2..dia tak phobia lak..siap main mata lagik... ... so mama and papa danial terus balik ke melaka malam tadik jugak..and so do my younger sis...cepat2 carik bus dari penang nak balik melaka...hopefully danial tak apa2..

my cuzen anaz and danial...

Last few days my cuzen..anaz datang umah..dinner kat umah since dia ader seminar kat melaka...La nih baru cik anaz kite tau betapa nakal nye danial and mamat kecik nih takleh dok diam even 3 seconds...And kat umah sekarang ader mural dinding terbaru...dinding almari dapo and lantai... ..tak terkata tok bah and tok ma dia...hehhehe...
p/s: tgk pada muka mamat kecik nih leh tau nakal ke dak... ..thanks to anaz for the pics...sorry ek beta mencilok nye...

Weekend owh weekend...
|

Weekend aku dipenuhi oleh kerja..cam entry kat bawah nih aku tulis aku bukak booth kat tapak promosi Melaka Sentral..not bad sambutan..and sekaligus aku jadikan as one of aku nye promotion kedai le...
Tapi yang paling tak puas hati nye..asik elektrik trip off aje...adussss..bayangkan le kalau sehari nak dekat lima..enam kali trip off..sapa tahan maaa...aku buat report..selamba kene sound balik..isshh..ikutkan marah..dah lama aku sound balik..dah le bayau mahal..leh lak kene sound2 gituh..adusssssss  .... kenapa le org2 kat situh tak tanamkan sifat..bagi good service pada customer...bengong tol laaa...!!!!!
